She had it's building permit issued in 1987 and went into the water ready in 13.09.1989. The Lady Lee has a history of dream, where its builder, William Lee, all personal assets invested in their development, but years later he was forced to sell it, and sold it to an architect Italian. The architect lived in Lady Lee for some years, but with very advanced age he decided to sell the boat in 2003 to a German businessman.
