Well known for their solid construction, exceptional teak joinery and ease of handling. Sailed today by only the second owners. Equipped with Hood Stow-away new in 1994, self tending jib, and quality electronics. Stored each winter BRYLLYG has never been sailed out of New England waters. Bryllyg is well equipped and ready to sail away with her new owners.
Bryllyg was launched and commissioned in the spring of 2014 after being on the hard for several years. This Tashiba 40 is a hidden gem that has seen very light use and shows it. The sellers are now more motivated to sell. Your clients will not be disappointed in her condition. I encourage you to revisit Bryllyg for anyone looking to find a quality well kept offshore cruiser.

The entire interior is finished in satin varnished teak with high quality joiner work we are so accustomed to seeing from the TA_SHING Yard. There are 15 bronze opening ports with screens as well as a butterfly hatch, hatch over the forward cabin, shower stall vent clamshell vents for engine and lazarrette space venting as well as four dorade vents. All interiors passages have arched doorways. The overhead is white with beautifully finished, laminated teak overhead beams. The FORWARD CABIN has an offset Queensized berth to port. There are numerous drawers and lockers above and below for an abundance of storage. Aft and to port is the enclosed HEAD AREA equipped with a separate shower stall. The counter top is marble in lieu of formica. Opposite the head is a large hanging locker and drawers. The MAIN SALON consists of a large U-shaped settee to port with a beautiful varnished teak hi-lo table. The settee converts to make a large double berth. Opposite is a straight settee. Once again there is an abundance of storage behind seatbacks and in lockers above. The NAV STATION is aft facing and is to starboard. The nav table is large with adequate space to store charts and other nav aids. A teak instrument locker allows for the flush mounting of the electronics. Next aft is a large enclosed QUARTER CABIN. Equipped with a double berth, large hanging locker and additional lockers and drawers for storage.
To port is a large U-shaped GALLEY. The large icebox is equipped with SEAFROST refrigeration and both top loading and front loading doors.
