This is a  rare version of this Ed Monk designed motoryacht. All the room of the 44 motoryacht in a slightly smaller package.

Enter into a large and well lit salon and down two steps to the galley and a dinette. All the way forward is a large private stateroom with an adjacent private head. Aft is the master suite with a queen berth and an ensuite head with seperate shower. The yacht is equipped with a generator and a central diesel furnace.

The exterior is low maintenance fiberglass decks and very little wood trim. The machinery is low hours.
