*UPDATE* Psyche has been scrubbed, freshly anti-fouled,gelcoat has been cut and polished and the teak down below had been oiled making her look absolutely stunning.

      'Psyche' is a comfortable, easy to sail, family boat. The internal space is such as normally associated with boats of over 40ft, with exceptional headroom. The saloon has a wide viewing window creating a light and airy space.

      The current owners have lived aboard her for four years and have loved every minute. She is a great sailing boat, home and living space.

      The current owners have made many improvement in the years they’ve owned Psyche including adding a hot water system, a bespoke fully spring supported mattress in the master cabin, efficient electric radiators in the forward and aft cabins and an electric ring main and fuse box, new boat and leisure batteries 2011, new sail cover and spray hood and had a cockpit cover constructed and fitted also in 2011. The varnish from the companionway steps has been stripped to the wood and then stained, re-varnished with a decorative tread applied, it looks lovely. The saloon table also flips over and can seat 8, it’s a comfortable table to entertain at. If you’re thinking of living aboard, day sailing or cruising then this is the boat for you.
