Whether a serious CRUISER or your permanent HOME, be sure to inspect this vessel before you pay More for Less vessel.  Yes, she has a list of projects - which are primarily cosmetic - not structural or mechanical.   Purchased Fall 2010 by Marine Surveyor who spotted a deal and was planning to live aboard. He is being relocated, not sure where yet, and does not want to transport boat to an unfriendly Port.   Mrs Prior Owner wanted a Lake House, so Mr Prior Owner put her (the Boat) on the Hard two years ago.   Current Owner bought new batteries and started both engines and generator.

This Newburyport MY 45 was modeled after the Sea Ranger 45 with numerous design improvements to onboard amenities and ship's performance.

Whether entertaining, weekend getaways or extended cruises are for you, she will meet all the challenges. The large covered flybridge and covered aft-deck make for an open and airy social atmosphere. The roof above the deck sports a crane davit and cradle for dinghy storage. Wide decks make for easy access from bow to stern.

The interior offers separate seating areas, providing enough "space"  and privacy for a good size group. It has been two years since Deborah has been in the water and brightwork needs to be refinished. The bottom paint has been stripped and now ready for new coatings.

This boat is especially designed as a long-distance cruiser and could also be well-suited as a live aboard. The two private sleeping cabins, one forward and the other in the stern provide all needed separation for extended cruising or living aboard.

The boat is stored at a quality boatyard in Southern Maine and they are very able to complete all necessary projects to bring this boat forward to a remarkable vessel at a very reasonable cost
