This beautiful Swan 59 is unique, in that it has a shoal draft keel and easily handled in mast furling, allowing it to sail shorthandedly into harbors most of her sisters cannot. The interior layout is also different, in that the owners cabin is forward, and there are 2 cabins aft.

ASTRAEUS has always had very high maintainance, and has had the decks renewed, hull painted, mast painted, upgraded electronics, and much other refit work. She has had light family use only with the current owner, and was inside stored in the winter of 2007/8.
