This masthead rigged auxiliary sloop has undergone a major refit. The vessel is owned by a SAMS yacht surveyer and all work was done to ABYC, NFPA, and CFR industry standards and regulations. An extremely well outfitted boat for weekend cruising.

The main salon has port and starboard settee berths with storage under the deck area. The fold-away table with leaf is secured to the port forward bulkhead. A Force 10 LPG cabin heater is mounted on the forward starboard bulkhead. There is a chart table aft of the port settee and a wide quarter berth in the port aft quarter. The Interior is light and bright, with oatmeal color twill fabric cushions. New sole. All DC lighting is new including a gimbaled oil lamp. Marine FM/AM/CD with remote control at the helm. Opening Beckson ports and both deck hatches have screens. There is a custom screen for the companionway.
Topsides painted platinum gray with a blue boot stripe. Decks are white gelcoat with gray non-skid surface; redone in 2009. Varnished teak brightwork is in good condition. Bowmar hatches are new. A large ground tackle locker is in the forepeak with substantial 20' chain and 150' nylon line rode to a Danforth anchor. There are two bow rollers. Double safety lines and hardware were new in 2008; lines drop on both sides of cockpit for boarding. Stainless Steel stanchions, bow and stern rails are solid. Transom mounted boarding ladder, Magma grill mounts on stern rail. Radar mast (but no radar) used for flag, cockpit light, and anemometer. Windex is at masthead.
The forward double v-berth includes a filler cushion and storage lockers under berths. 4 storage draws are aft starboard, followed by a teak louvered double door hanging locker.
The U-shaped galley to starboard is equipped with a Force 10 LPG range and carousel microwave oven, a deep stainless steel sink, and a large ice chest with new Waeco 12 VDC refrigeration.
The enclosed head is to port, opposite the hanging locker, and includes a new toilet, new plumbing, and a new holding tank, and plumbed for dockside pumpout or overboard discharge by macerator. The head is also equipped with a pull-out shower, hot and cold pressure water and vanity sink. There is a second pull-out shower in the cockpit.
Rebuilt 18 hp 2 cylinder Yanmar diesel with a heat exchanger including starter and alternator, new shaft and 2 blade prop, all new in 2008. (Uses less than 1 gallon/hour). Rudder new 2008. A 3l gallon aluminum fuel tank has access ports for cleaning and contents gauge. A 35 gallon aluminum water tank has new automatic pump with accumulator. A 6 gallon Raritan hot water heater for 120 VAC, includes engine heat exchanger and winterizing valves.
The electrical system was completely replaced including an automatic 2000 watt Xantrex DC to AC inverter and 3 stage battery charger; 3 gel cell batteries. Dockside power with cord, (2) 12v batteries for house, (1) for the engine, all 2008. Battery switch and regulated 30 watt solar panel. New electric fuel pump, recent Racor filter. Emergency tiller.
Standing rigging is serviceable. Running rigging is mostly new. The Doyle mainsail is partial battened with two reef points. Doyle mainsail and Stackpak/lazyjacks are in good condition. 130% Genoa is serviceable but in only fair condition. Roller furler/reefer is new. Aluminum adjustable whisker pole. Painted aluminum spars are in good condition.
