"Sea Niche III" has a great layout. The panoramic view in the main salon is the envy of other boaters, it also makes the lower steering station very usable. The very accommodating owner's aft stateroom has port (single) and starboard (double) berths with nice storage in between. There are also two custom shelves for additional storage. The cabin has direct access to the aft deck. There is a great storage closet on the port side and a head with a separate shower on the starboard side. The large chart drawer under the starboard bed is great for all your charts.

There are custom tailored mattress pads, sheets, duvets and pillow shams for both staterooms. The salon settee and chairs were recovered in 2004. The aft cabin floor has a custom embroidered carpet. Plus there is carpet for the main salon that is not aboard. Both carpets are bound and laid down loose. There are two oriental rugs in the main salon as well. The boat has a very nice teak parquet floor throughout.
