The Catalina has one of the better floorplans to be found in a double-cabin design.  Her salon is large and comfortable with a large couch port-side and starboard-side barrel chair and an entertainment center separating the salon from the galley.  She has a spacious galley-down with a full-size refrigerator/freezer, oven, stovetop, microwave, sink and lots of storage space.  Across the companionway there is a large comfortable dinette with additional storage.  Her aft master-stateroom has an Island berth, 2 hang-up closets, make-up table, lots of storage and an en suite bathroom with a shower, sink, vanity and marine head.  Her forward guest stateroom also has an Island berth, closet, sink/vanity and an enclosed head/shower.  She has a large aft deck with a wet bar and refrigerator and has space for additional outdoor-seating on the upper aft deck plus seating for 5 in the helm area.  She has3-zone air conditioning/heat, 50 amp shore power hook-up and a central vacuum system.  She truly provides you on-the-water condo living at a fraction of the cost.  She is powered by FWC T-454s with 1070 hours and new manifolds and risers.  She is equipped with a 6.5 kw Onan genset with 1482 hours and 10’08” Nautilus inflatable with a 15-HP Evinrude and is equipped with a davit to launch/retrieve her.
