C&C 38 Mark III

MUS’ BE LUFF has been owned by only two meticulous owners. This boat won “Boat of the Year” and was the show boat displayed by C & C during the Fall of 1986 and Spring of 1987. Her first season was 1988.

MUS’ BE LUFF features custom improvements (by the original owner) including custom-designed, modified bulb keel (by Chance), custom aluminum box mast step integrated with keel and faired rudder; the improvements provided increased performance and stiffness. Exhausts were moved from the bottom of the boat to the stern for visibility underway. All modifications were completed by Brewer’s Dauntless Shipyard in Essex, CT. MUS’ BE LUFF was lightly raced and cruised. She is well maintained. You will find her a fast, very safe and comfortable cruiser/racer. MUS’ BE LUFF has more interior space and comfort than many 40 footers.
