 The Pearson 530 "Eagle" has been maintained and upgraded by the present owner. Eagle is fully equipped and is one of the most comfortable cruising boats ever made. The owners plans have recently changed and he has reluctantly put her on the market. The spacious interior features three staterooms and two heads. The owners cabin aft has a centerline queen berth, ensuite head with separate shower, cedar lined closet and ample storage. Guest stateroom forward with large V-berth, head with shower and plenty of storage. The third cabin is to starboard across from the head and includes upper and lower berths. The main salon is huge with a large nav desk, bar, flat screen TV, custom coffee/dinette table. Seven opening ports and two large hatches.

The galley to starboard is well laid out with plenty of storage and counter space. She is equipped with a Force Ten propane stove, Ice maker, holding plate refrigeration and freezer, microwave. Across from the galley is a real walkin/stand up engine room allowing for easier maintance.

There have been many upgrades made to this vessel in the past four years including electronics, bimini/dodger, bottom job, Dutchman reef system 2006, Profurl headsail, staysail.

Perkins diesel with 4,450 approximate hours. Vetus 8" Bow thruster, 12 KW Northern Lights generator 3351 hrs. Three AC/heat units. Givens life raft, Boss Boats 10' hard body dinghy on davits.
