This is a Catalina built Morgan 454 upgrade. The stern portion of the boat has been changed by Catalina to include a sugar scoop, extending the lengtby to 46'. This is hull 12 of 18 built by Catalina. 

Conceived as a fast, seaworthy and comfortable racer/cruiser with contrasting wood tones inside and a simple and manageable sail plan, this is an excellent all around boat. With two master cabins, two heads with one separate shower, huge 8 person dining table and a well laid out kitchen, this is probably the best live aboard boat around while maintaining all the sailing qualities of its racing origin.
