Accomodation:
Six berths in three cabins with two double berths and approx. 6'2” maximum headroom. Interior finished in teak with vinyl headliners Floors are in teak and holly. Carpeted aft and forecabin. 
Standard V berth forward, with stowage,for extra sails under the berths. Cabinet with shelves and a hanging locker.opposite.
Saloon offering a U shaped settee to starboard, central table with folding leaves, central drinks storage, and single settee berth opposite. Lee cloths are stowed under the cushions which are in light blue velour all in very good condition with protective washable striped covers. 
Navigation area aft to port with generous chart table, storage and instrumentation. 
Heads compartment with marine toilet, holding tank, shower and wash basin. Hot and cold pressurised water system.
Large galley with 2-burner gas cooker, grill and oven, fridge, double stainless steel sinks. Ample work surface and storage. 
Passage to aft cabin has a generous hanging locker, a shelf locker, and access to the engine.
Spacious double aft cabin with stowage under the seating area, a hanging or shelf locker.and a bedside vanity. Upholstered throughout in light blue velour.

2 x 12v 100ah house batteries (new August 2011) charged via a 60 amp engine alternator, solar 300 watts, and 400 watt wind gen. 1 X 100ah starter battery. Shorepower system with immersion coil and battery charger.

Removable inner forestay. SS standing rigging 2006. Terylene running rigging. 2 x Lewmar 40 self tailing sheet winches. In cockpit Lewmar reefing, and halyard winches on mast.

Engine Details

Located under cockpit, Thornycroft T90 36 hp 4-cylinder diesel. Freshwater cooled. SS 1 inch Shaft drives and a 2 bladed propeller. Engine instrumentation includs a rev counter, ammeter, oil pressure and engine temperature gauges, single lever controls on steering column.

Engine profesionally serviced in May 2011.
Last filter and fluids change in October 2011.
Fuel tank,cleaned & filled with enzyme treated diesel November 2011.
