Very nice, well maintained houseboat

Accommodations include an aft stateroom with an island queen, and a penthouse accessible by ladder from the hall companionway this is equipped with a full size sleeping berth. Port and starboard couches pull out to make double sized beds. Portside vanity with direct drop head, solid privacy door, hot and cold pressurized water, 12-volt Iights, vinyl floor, full sized shower enclosure with hand held shower, and venting window. Starboard vanity with direct drop head, solid privacy door, hot and cold pressurized water, full size access exterior door to starboard, 12-volt lights, and vinyl floor. Each head equipped with +/- 75 gallon holding tank. Portside galley equipped with Magic Chef four burner stove/oven, Whirlpool Microwave, Whirlpool trash compactor, oak cabinetry, and double sink with H/C pressurized water of either fresh or lake water. All sinks, head and galley, equipped with separate fresh water faucets fed from onboard +/- 40 gallon fresh water tank. Equipped with two Dometic gas/electric refrigerators both with freezer compartments (one is 110V and the other is 3-way propane, 12V or 110V), . Located midship from the galley on the starboard is a closet with a Whirlpool stacking washer and dryer. Two Domestic Brisk Air Duo-Therm units for cooling only, one fwd, one aft. Front deck has table and chairs with Weber gas barbeque grill, refrigerator/freezer and a chest freezer.

Vessel is equipped with a single 3.0L four cylinder Chevy, 140 hp, a Westerbeke 11.0 kw 120/240v generator that exhausts to starboard transom.
