"Force" is a well-equipped and well-maintained racer-cruiser, and has been very successful on the Lake Ontario racing circuits. Originally designed as an IOR 3/4 Tonner, she has very pleasing lines with long reverse transom and moderately raked bow. Her PHRF rating is ~120. The J34 interior is laid out and equipped for optimum weight placement for racing, but features lots of teak, and the basic cruising amenites are all there. Befitting a boat used primarily for racing, Force has a very good sail inventory, and there are equipment upgrades including Harken windward-sheeting car, Harken adjustable genoa cars, and KVH Sailcomp. Force is well worth having a close look at and is competitively priced. | ||
