VIVAMUS is a beautiful, 48' Frers Dawn Centercockpit Ketch. Fast! A wonderful and sought after design.   Designed by German Frers and manufactured by Kong & Halvorsen in 1985. There have been very few available on the market - she is hull # 7 of fifteen ever made! Her almost new bow thruster makes her easily maneuverable. This Dawn 48 has two staterooms - one is a walk thru aft cabin. Two heads, a wrap around galley and a large salon with three berths available. Her teak interior and teak & holly sole have been well maintained. She's very comfortable!   Great Galley. A good inventory of sails, set up with Harken roller furling systems. This Frers 48 is a delight to cruise - comfortable and fast!  She does need a new deck (this teak, screwed down deck has leaked for a while) and main bulkhead needs to be replaced as a result of the leaks.
