This Ericson 38 is in very nice condition. She has the enclosed aft cabin interior and the head has a separate shower stall. She has been kept up to date by a knowledgeable owner. Recent updates include a rebuilt diesel 2009, electric halyard winch 2008, new cushions below 2008, North Mainsail & North genoa 2007 and Navman color chart plotter 2006. Please read the "Full specs" to get a feel for how this boat has been maintained. These boats sail very nicely with a draft of just 4'11" her PHRF number is 132.
