A scaled-down version of the Egg Harbor 41 SF. She is a competent family cruiser. She's built on a modified-V hull with balsa coring in the hull-sides and a relatively flat bottom for lift and quick acceleration. Inside the interror is every bit as impressive (and exactly the same size) as her bigger sister. The salon is clearly the centerpiece of the boat--a completely stylish and comfortable living area offered in a choice of two layouts. The 37's wide beam provides an interior volume seldom found on boats of her size, and the quality teak woodwork is typical of all Egg Harbor models. Outside the sidedecks are wide enough to get forward and the average size bridge is arranged with guest seating forward of the helm. Twin 350-hp inboard gas engines were standard in the Egg Harbor 37 for a cruising speed of 18 knots and a top speed of 19 knots and a top speed of about 26 knots. | ||
