This Yacht Home has all the amenities and spaciousness of a house boat, but also the seaworthiness and performance of a cruising yacht. She features a monohedron underwater after section, 18” keel, and a fine, dry entry forward. She is powered by Twin 8.2 litre Detroit V-drives, 215hp each, nice and easy 12 knot cruise! Equipment includes an 8kW Onan generator, two inverters, 18 batteries, GPS, radar, depth sounder, Hailer, autopilot, anchor windlass, fully enclosed bridge bimini and foldaway arm davit system. The arrangement of the accommodations are impressive, with home sized appliances and elbow room galore. Excellent design with the cabin entry aft, to port, which enables you and your guests to enter the cabin into a companionway, RATHER than through the master stateroom! This boat would make a perfect liveaboard, but for those who live on land and just want to cruise in absolute comfort, this boats for you! She has not been a full time liveaboard to date, other than the owners cruising comfortably aboard CLOUD 9 for months at a time.
