Salon with settees port and starboard; starboard converts to a double berth. Quarter berth aft to port; pilot berth above and outboard of settee; ample vee berth forward with filler piece. Teak dropleaf table is bulkhead mounted. Lockers and bookshelves behind starboard berth. Teak joinery throughout; teak and holly sole throughout. A private quarter berth is aft to port.
Forward is a well ventilated cabin with convertible vee berth; shelving and lockers outboard. Next aft to port is generous clothing storage in bureau drawers and a hanging locker. Opposite is the fully enclosed head with a manual marine toilet; vanity sink with pressure water and pull-out handheld shower, including shower curtain track. The head pump and plumbing have recently been renewed.
Galley & Nav are aft of the salon settees. The split galley contains a s/s sink and gimballed, pressurized alcohol two-burner stove with oven to starboard; lockers and storage outboard. To port is the deep, well-insulated 9 cu ft icebox . Aft of the icebox is the navigator's area with real workspace for charts and a built-in seat.
HULL, DECK, AND RIGGING
Hull is hand-laid fiberglass mat with woven roving; balsa coring in hull and deck. 4' 6" Scheel keel; Edson wheel steering. Hull is white with two-tone decking in very good condition. Bottom is painted with Micron Extra Black bottom paint. Sailhandling lines run aft through two 12 sheave deck organizers to two 3-line rope clutches. Rigging includes a keel-stepped 7/8 fractional rig sailplan with 531 sq. ft. of sail area. All stainless wire standing rigging includes a split backstay for ease of cockpit access. Whisker pole included. Sails include a Dacron mainsail with 2 sets of jiffy reef points and two genoas: 130% heavy Dacron and a lighter 150% headsail. Canvas: there are Forest Green Sunbrella bimini, dodger, and connector piece for all weather protection. Anchors: two Danforths: 1 24 lb with 10' galvanized chain and 250' rode; 1 20 lb with 20' glavanized chain and 200; line.
MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL
Engine: 24 hp fresh water cooled Universal 3 cylinder diesel professionally maintained, connected to a Hurth transmission with 2:1 ratio. Two bladed 16 x 11 x 1 prop.
Electrical: 12V system with battery selector switch. 3 batteries: two for house and one dedicated starting battery.
