The history of the boat is that Mark Soverel built this boat for himself and due to health reasons it was never completed, just the hull and deck were finished. The boat was purchased by a Great Lakes sailor and brought to Lake Michigan in the early nineties. Over the next five years the boat was completed. An East Coast design firm designed the rudder, keel and mast. The custom interior was done at Eldean Shipyard.
