Sea Sprite Luders 34 Sloop by C.E. Ryder

Price reduction $6,000 on 12/11/12!   New asking price of only $39,000 makes her the best-priced Sea Sprite 34 on the market today.  Classic 1984 Sea Sprite 34 sloop designed by Bill Luders and built by C.E. Ryder.  This is a  traditional full-keel yacht that is stable, yet relatively fast.  She has a  fractional rig, so headsails are smaller. The Sea Sprite 34 enjoys a seaworthy reputation.  New England quality construction, too, by C.E Ryder.   The cabin is well appointed with nice joinerywork.   Ferenc Mate' has a chapter dedicated to the Luders' Sea Sprite 34 in his book "World's Best Boats to Build or Buy".   The title of the chapter on this design is "One for the Heart".   Mate' says that this is a boat whose lines "will stop (sailors) in their tracks".   He also speaks of her seakindly motion at sea.
