New photos from May, 2013. Because of curiosity about the layout below, many of the new photos address these questions. There have been substantial upgrades during the 15 years of ownership, including replacing all of Judith Anne's running rigging, the wire, swage fittings, and turnbuckles, in 2010. There is also a beautiful new Garmin GPS/Chartplotter in the cockpit. The owner has had a prepurchase survey done on the boat which found it to be in good condition with no discrepancies. This is an opportunity to own one of only 25 Sabre 38 MK I Aft Cabin models built. Judith Anne has been lovingly maintained, with all of the documentation that details maintenance and upgrades available, and stored out of the water under a cover every winter.
