Performance Cruising (make offer) Trawler

Looking for a great great loop boat?  Here it is, 35' Twaler with Perkins Diesels, 2 staterooms and heads, clean and well built.  There is stainless steel where there is plastic on most boats, very little outside teak and easy to maintain.  She is ready for your electronics selection and in fresh water. While I had never heard of a Performance Trawler, I was very impressed upon first inspection.  There were several built, but not many on the market.
