Ericson 38 Sloop

Ericson 38 Sloop powered by 332 HP Universal Diesel engine and wheel steering.  The boat is clean and well laid out.  Shorepower, cord, two batteries, master switch and Inverter.

Sleeping  accommjodations for seven large double berth aft in separate cabin aft port side, U-shaped settee/dinnette port side converts to double, starboard side salon single and forward V-berth.  Attractive teak cabin and newer updated upholstery.  Enclosed head with shower nand new Jabsco marine head forward to port.  Chart/navigation desk in area between aft berth and settee/dinnette.  Cabin Ratelco heater.  AM/FM plus CD hooks up to I-pod.

Newer Dodger and full bimini over cockpit is less than two years old.  Raytheon ST4000 Auto Helm, digital depth sounder, combination Stowe knotmeter, depth sounder, wind point, wind speed.  VHF radio.  Lazy Jack, Boom Vang, Profurl roller furling, Main, 120 Jib plus extra Jib, Spinnaker.  Five cockpit Barient winches (two Barient 32ST's and three Barient 22).  Owner states Rigging has been replaced.

Bottom and zinces are Diver maintained.  Last haul out and bottom painted November 2009.

Full galley with Hillerange propane three-burner stove and oven, ice box with Barbor refrigeration, U-shaped dinnette, electronic hot water heater, pressure hot and cold water.  Fresh water and salt water.
