Defever Offshore Trawler

The classic 44 Defever was the most popular production design ever for Defever. This sundeck trawler was designed with comfort and cruising in mind. This boat was repowered in 1992 with Hino 250hp. diesel motors that have only approximately 1000 hours on them. She was Awlgrip painted in 2008 and new fore and aft railings installed. The heavy displacement hull trawler features a large spacious aft deck and has a flush deck design allowing single level walkaround decks, which improves accessibility. She is a solidly built offshore cruiser that handles the seas with ease. Below decks her two stateroom layout is arranged with the galley aft in the salon making it very convenient to the aft deck. The galley has new custom hardwood cabinets with a island. She has  lower and upper helm stations, both with great visibility. The aft master stateroom offers a spacious queen centerline berth with copious amounts of storage underneath, large burea with drawers, hanging locker and port and starboard night stands with storage. The ensuite head has a electric toilet, vanity with sink and seperate shower stall. Forward in the bow you have the guest cabin featuring over and under berths with storage under. A large guest head with electric toilet, vanity with sink and a large shower. Opposite the head there is a large hanging locker. She is also equipped with a 12KW Onan generator and there are chocks and a davit topsides for your dinghy.
