This boat has a large interior for a 31 ft boat. With lovely teak cabinetry and teak and holly cabin soles, and a user-friendly layout, she is a perfect pocket cruiser or weekender. Nunki is a fabulous example of a Cape Dory 31. She had a thorough going over when her current owner bought her in 2009, so she has been updated, methodically maintained and used regularly which means that equipment is in good running order. Nunki has the following: CruiseAir Reverse Cycle Aircon Autohelm ST 3000 Autopilot Raymarine A65 Chartplotter St Croix Davits New mainsail cover Recently re-upholstered (Ralph Lauren Fabric) settee cushions and V-berth mattresses Newport cabin heater Cockpit cushions New starter motor 2013 New batteries 2013
