This is a solid 1984. Used in fresh water. The boat is in good condition; the hull has been repainted, there is a new forward head with a new black water tank. The Ford Leyman engine was running great when we laid it up. The diesel engine provides a long range and is very economical. The large salon and pilot house has plenty of room and is furnished with warm rich woodwork. The V berth is huge. Over all condition of the boat is good. Woodwork and deck are solid. The completed work was done by a knowledgeable marine tech and was well executed. The aft cabin and head have been removed providing a clean slate for your dream stateroom.
