Perseverance is a very rare, West Coast example of this heavily built Morgan yacht. The 50’ Morgan "Moorings" are of a limited production design that was originally built for the Moorings charter fleet in the early 80's. The fast hull form features a deep draft fin keel and spade rudder. The hull is solid fiberglass below the water line with Airex core hull topsides and deck. The combination of the flush foredeck, graceful sheer and reverse transom with molded swim steps result in beautiful eye catching lines and ultimate functionality as well. The interior offers three private staterooms with two ensuite heads and a very spacious salon and galley with exceptional headroom. The original owners purchased the yacht new and had her in charter for approx. 8 years in the Caribbean before being transported to Newport Beach, Ca in the early 1990’s.
