Moved to Rooke Sails in Memphis on April 13th 2012, you can now see this boat out of the water for  a full inspection.  As of April 20th we have started installing new Anti fouling paint on the underbody and will begin doing some other cosmetic enhancements.  So, make your plans to visit this Hunter 27 and make her YOUR's before someone else does. Attractively priced as she is, particularly with the recent Antifouling bottom job and soon to be freshly buffed sides, she should find a home soon. That is right: Included in price is a recent Bottom Job and recent sides Buffed/Starbrited !!! This is a boat that you can sell your first mate on not just your banker. Interest is frequently deductible if you finance any of the boat which adds to the affordability. Again, price includes Good Bottom Paint, and recently buffed sides and uniquely, includes a 2010 Survey !! The Survey will save you 500 to 800 dollars.
