The 53 Hatteras Classic Motor Yacht with two decades in production is and has been the barometer that Motor Yachts are Judged by. The split engine rooms on this design became a Hatteras Trademark. Jack Hargrave's bi level design with three staterooms and three heads is the feat that the industry considered ideal. Major improvement in 1975,1978 & 1980. This fresh water kept vessel has them all plus some unique options that seperate her from the pack. Hydraulic Swim platform doubles the size of an already large swim deck. Nautica Rigid Bottom Inflatable is powered by a 50 HP Yamaha 4 Stroke. The upper deck has a molded fiberglass table that conseals aft deck air conditoning system below. She has New canvas on upper helm and bridge deck and New isenglass on aft deck. New Phasor 21 kw generator (400 hours). Detroit 8V71TI with less than 350 hours SMO.
