The accommodation provides up to eight berths in three cabins. Forecabin with two single berths, stowage and opening hatch to foredeck. Saloon consisting of a dinette to port which can convert to a double berth and single settee berth opposite. Chart table to starboard with inside steering position and galley opposite equipped with a 2-burner gas cooker with grill and oven (new 2007), twin stainless steel sinks, fridge and storage. Separate heads compartment to starboard with marine toilet, shower (currently disconnected) and washbasin. Walk way to aft cabin fitted with a double berth to starboard and single berth to port. Pressurised water system with 272 litre freshwater capacity. Eberspacher diesel fired heating system. Grey velour upholstery. Carpets and curtains. Cutlery and crockery. New gas pipework was installed in 2012 and the gas water heater has been disconnected to meet safety guidelines.
Located abaft the companionway, Bukh DV36 3-cylinder 36hp diesel engine. Seawater cooled. Single lever controls at external helm with electric start. Shaft drive to fixed 2-bladed propeller. 227 Litre fuel capacity. Vetus 55kgf bowthruster with dedicated battery (new 2011).
The engine consumes approximately 1.5 litres per hour at cruising speed, had the water pump rebuilt in 2012 and a reconditioned alternator fitted in 2011. In 2003 a new shaft seal and cutlass bearing were installed.
4 x 12v Batteries charged via engine alternator. Shorepower system with ring mains and Cristec CP53 16amp battery charger (new 2011). Electrical distribution panel. Full cabin lighting.

Southerly 105 built in 1982 by Northshore to a design by Dick Carter. Light blue GRP hull with style stripes, superstructure and decks with moulded non-slip surfaces. Rubber rubbing strake (2003). Hydraulically operated lifting keel. Dual wheel steering to skeg hung lifting rudder. Self draining centre cockpit.
In 2003 the keel assembly was refurbished, hull epoxy coated and a new rubber rubbing strake fitted.
