Pulled from storage on October 10^th 2011. Very thoroughly cleaned with a punch list including full mechanical inspection / fuel polishing / fluid changes / etc. scheduled during upcoming winter lay-up. Power-plants and gensets operated to spec along with all other systems tested during sea trial. New suite of photos taken October 16^th and 17^th 2011 accurately portray her current condition.

Sue's Pool III is offered by a very knowledgeable owner who practiced his due diligence both before and after her acquisition in 2003. Very rare open aft deck features Espar heating, wet bar with icemaker, rear stratoglas enclosure, sliding side windows, and wing doors to side decks. This area has proven to be among the most favored aboard as it serves as a “back porch” with four season capabilities. An extensive interior refit includes the gourmet galley featuring top of the line appliances and Corian countertops, new carpeting throughout, Tecma heads, Espar heating system, digital AC/heat, etc. Kept in climate controlled storage she’s been recently wheeled & waxed, freshly bottom painted, and enjoys a monthly cleaning schedule. Mechanicals inspected by the area's leading service firm with only the usual commissioning procedures found required.
