Custom Flush Deck Steel Sloop

This is a well built custom steel Flushdeck very suitable for liveaboard and possible offshore sailing. This is a very clean well kept vessel.
Steel hull construction: 1/4" keel plate, 3/16" hull plate, 10 guage deck plate. Hull has 2" of foam sprayed throughout to the keel followed by fire retardant paint.
Engine is keel cooled c/w dry exhaust system and hospital grade muffler.
3000. lb Electric windlass 50 lb plow anchor, 100' 3/8" chain, 250' 3/4" anchor line.
