The flower pattern custom cushions throughout the boat are in excellent condition as is the carpeting. Starting from the pointy end, she has a double V berth with insert. There is a small amount of storage forward beneath the berth but most of this space is taken up with the holding tank and associated plumbing. Two storage lockers with access doors open below the insert. There is one opening hatch with screen in the forward compartment and a collapsible door for privacy. Storage shelves run alongside the berth. Just aft to port is the head with a Wilcox Crittenden marine toilet and telephone shower with hot and cold pressure water. The shower drains into the bilge and has never been used. A brass “porthole” style mirror is mounted on the aft bulkhead and there are three cupboards for storage and a folding door for privacy. Opposite to starboard is the hanging locker and five drawers alongside are perfect for clothes storage.
Moving aft to the main salon there is a U shaped settee around the dining table. The table drops down to convert to a double berth. The engine is located under the after section of the settee and the outboard section houses one of the two water tanks. There is storage under the forward section of the settee and there are shelves behind the outboard section and an opening hatch for ventilation along with two dorade vents. Weems and Plath barometer, clock and tide clock are mounted on the forward bulkhead and one large oil lamp are hung from the overhead. Two 110Vac nautical lamps are hard mounted on the shelf. On the port side, a four man settee houses the other water tank and some storage under and two shelves behind with the flat screen color TV mounted high in the overhead connected to a DVD player. Stereo speakers are mounted on the forward bulkhead to port and starboard and a brass candle holder is also mounted on the forward bulkhead to port. Note: a Force 10 dry pellet cabin heater with exhaust pipe is included in the sale but has never been mounted.
Continuing aft is the galley to port with double ss sinks with H/C pressure water and a foot pump operated raw water spigot. The galley equipment also includes an ice box with Adler Barbour refrigeration, a gimbaled Hiller pressure alcohol two burner stove and oven with new three gallon pressure tank, a built in microwave oven, a toaster and coffee pot. Storage is provided in 4 drawers and two cabinets. Opposite to starboard is the navigation station with AC main power switch and DC panel and 4 position battery switch. The radar,GPS plotter, stereo and VHF are all located within easy reach of the navigator. A large locker provides storage under the nav station.
The after berth is a double berth that extends beneath the cockpit. The fuel tank is located beneath this berth with storage in that compartment aft.

Sails and rigging:
Main sail with cover (both in good condition) and a second set of battens are the primary power source. A Harken Cruise roller furling was installed on the forestay in 2007. Foresails include a 150% genoa (good condition, not taped for furler), a 110% working jib (like new, taped for furler), storm jib (not taped for furler), 1.5 Oz. Spinnaker (star cut multi-colored in good condition), and a ¾ Oz. Spinnaker (blue, in fair condition) with spinnaker pole. Canvas (all new) includes: hard top dodger with canvas and plasticine with snap on covers for all windows and a full enclosure for aft section of dodger, bimini and two cockpit bags for lines. Rigging includes two Lewmar # 40 two speed primary winches, two Lewmar #7 secondary winches, one cabin mounted Lewmar #7 and four mast mounted Lewmar #7 halyard and reefing winches.
Deck Hardware and Miscellaneous:
Two Danforth H13 anchors one with 20’ chain and an unspecified amount of rode, the other with 5’ of chain and unspecified amount of rode. Three custom closed cell foam cockpit cushions, one with a raised helmsman’s seat, three winch handles, one spinnaker pole, one emergency tiller, one inflatable West Marine brand dinghy with plywood floor panels and a Montgomery Ward 7.5 HP Sea King HP outboard. One small canvas covered foam life raft.
