Catalina 27

The Catalina 27 was an icon in the USA through its 20 year production run.  Very spacious for its size and a good performer.  It is well suited to couple or small family cruising, daysailing, and club racing.  Agape has the Dinette interior which utilizes interior space effectively, and she has berths for 5 and ample headroom.  Agape has shore power, manual and automatic bilge pumps and complete safety gear.  The sails are in good condition and it boasts a gennaker for more fun sailing downwind.  The Catalina 27 isn't a fancy yacht but it definitely delivers on value and is an excellent starter boat.  Lying at Ashbridge's Bay YC
