The Watkins 36 is a roomy cruiser with shoal draft, a modified full keel, and a practical and attractive interior layout plan. It is reported that 78 were built between 1981 and 1986, half with aft cockpits, the other half with center cockpits.
GYPSY SPIRIT features a center cockpit. Her current owner who has lived aboard her for the past nine years has moved ashore and is relocating. She appears to be in excellent condition and shows nicely. GYPSY SPIRIT has deliberately been priced agressively with the intention of selling her quickly.
