Classic design in immaculate condition!! The Pearson 35 is sloop rigged, full keel with centerboard, skeg rudder, deck stepped mast. She has a good sized cockpit with a pedestal-mount Raymarine C80 GPS/Plotter, Raymarine Wind data and a Raymarine Bidata providing speed, wind direction, wind speed and ocean temperature. As you enter the salon the galley is aft to port and starboard and consists of a refrigerated ice box, SS sink, 3-burner stove top, oven and storage. To port is a settee with storage, to starboard is a pull-out lower berth and a single upper berth. There is a drop-down table to service both settees. The forward cabin has a V-berth, hanging locker and bureau. She has a marine head with vanity, sink and shower. She has teak and holly sole, nicely finished teak interior, lots of ambient light, shore power, deck anchor locker, new mainsail cover, cockpit cushions and dodger. Her sail inventory consists of a mainsail and a 115 genoa on a Harken roller furling. Her auxiliary power is a FWC 24-HP Atomic diesel with 1651 hours. | ||
