Powered by 13 HP Diesel Volvo Penta.  Pedestal steering w/compass.   AC Shore power with cord and electrical AC distribution panel. 

Attractive and comfortable interior.  Sleeping accommodations for 5 with forward V-berth, privacy door and hanging lockers with panel doors, port and starboard.  Main cabin salon has a single settee port and starboard and aft Quarter berth.

Fold-down dinette table in salon.  Nice U-shaped galley with deep stainless steel sink, ice box, microwave, Hiller alcohol two-burner stove with oven.  Ceramic dishes, bowls and cups, silverware and cookware.  Hot and cold pressure water.  Enclosed head between forward berth and salon has marine head with holding tank and shower.  Towels, blankets and bedding are included.  First Aid Kit, plug in heater.  Hanging brass oil lamp in salon.

Anchor, line, dock lines, fenders,  life jackets, self-inflating and basic.  Brass bell, Magnum BBQ new, never used.

Bow and stern pulpits, double life lines, full length.  Inboard genoa tracks, full length toerail track.  Pedestall steering w/compass.  Dual lever controls at steering pedestal.  Volvo Penta MD7A 2-Cylinder Diesel Raw Water heat exchanger.  Vetus waterlock muffler.  3/4" stainless steel propeller shaft.  3-blade 13 x 10 bronze propeller.

Electronics include autopilot, Datamarine depth finder, speed indicator, Garmin GPS Map 230, Datamarine ST60 wind indicator (display not installed), Alpine CD AM/FM stereo.

Owners state sails are Pineapple and approximately four years old.  Sails include Mainsail and working jib.  Harken Roller Furling, Midboom traveler, Harken boom vang, Lewmar 8 halyard winch at mast, Harken ST32 primary winches.  Winches self-tailing.  New windlass which has not been installed.

This is a clean nice looking boat with a great interior.  Price to move and owners are open to Offers.  Bottom is diver maintained.  Diver last reported in May 2012 that the bottom looks good and he changed zincs.
