She will sleep 4-6 persons in 2 staterooms and the salon. She has a large dinette/settee, centerline table, two head/shower compartments, 6'2"-6'6" headroom throughout, large aft cabin with corridor access below decks, private forward cabin, and very generous storage and counter space. Her interior is very well ventilated with two dorade vents, four overhead hatches, and eleven opening ports. Rugs and port shades compliment the the traditional teak and white interior.Her large, deep cockpit provides safety and comfort at sea, or relaxing at the dock. The wide , uncluttered decks provide easy access to any portion of the topsides.
The main salon was reupholstered in 2011.
Her step down galley is U-shaped for safety while underway, and allows the cook to face the cockpit and companionway. Equipment includes a propane stove and oven, microwave, stainless sinks on centerline, Adler-Barbor refrigerator/freezer top and side loading units,and great storage and counter space. The boat has hot/cold pressurized water and a dock water supply fitting.
She has a 45 lb CQR primary anchor with 100 ft. of chain and 200 ft. of line (new in 2010) and a second 45 lb CQR as a spare with 100 ft. of chain. The Ideal windlass simplifies handling heavy ground tackle. She features a stainless bow roller,teak toerails ,coamings and dorade boxes. Stainless steel bow and stern pulpits and double lifelines with P/S boarding gates(lifelines new 2011) keep the crew safe.Equipment also includes docklines, fenders, navigation lights, swim ladder and an anchor/deck wash at the bow. A foredeck light is on the mast .Complete cockpit cushions were new in 2012.
All hatches were rebuilt in 2007 with new seals and lenses.
Her canvas is navy blue and consists of a dodger with a connector to the bimini.All new in 2007.
Sails & Rigging
Her sails consist of a furling (Furlex) 150% genoa and a furling mainsail that furls into the mast(Hood system ) with electric furling. Mast furler has new motor and gears in 2012. All new running rigging in 2010. The traveler is mounted behind the helm, giving sheeting at the end of the boom.A boom vang is also installed. She has 2 primary winches, and mainsheet and halyard winches, spreader lights, wheel steering and and aluminum spar.
Sails have been serviced as needed by a sail loft.
Electrical and mechanical
She has four batteries(3 house and 1 starting) all new 2012. There is a 40 amp battery charger, selector switch, and two 30 amp shore power cords. A replacement, higher capacity alternator was recently installed.
Her Perkins 4154 has closed cooling and has always been professionally maintained. She's equipped with a sea strainer and an oil change system. Her propeller is a feathering, 3 blade Max-Prop .The water heater is a 12 gallon unit new in 2009. The holding tank is equipped with a deck pump out fitting.
This vessel has always been in freshwater. She is inside stored in the winter. Many of the original sales documents and extensive service records and manuals are available. Her bottom is painted with VC-17.
She has had four fastidious owners. The current owners have owned her since 2007.

This spring (2013) she has a new battery monitor, engine room blower, and her fuel and oil filters , impeller, transmission fluid, and oil have all been changed. She's ready for her new owner and an enjoyable summer season !
