This Cape Dory 30 is a classic Carl Alberg design with full keel and cutter rig.  Owners have taken good care of the boat and it is considered one of the prettiest boats in the harbor.  Boats name was Lizzie Bird II and is in the process of being changed to Libby Rose.

-          Newer Volvo Diesel, 19hp

-          Sales are in good shape.  Original jib was Yankee design and has been replaced with 150% Genoa on furler.  Cutter sail and boom are available to be installed.
