JUST REDUCED !!!!WIND GENERATOR, RADAR, INVERTER, SOLAR PANELS, HEAT AND AIR, SHOAL DRAFT, AUTO PILOT, GPS. Produced between 1979-1985 the Allmand 31' has acquired a large following within the cruising community. With a 44'-6" bridge clearance, iron shoal draft keel with 3'-10" draft and skeg hung rudder, the 31' gives you plenty of space for the family whether long distance cruising or weekend gunkholing. It's heavily constructed cruising design features a wide beam of 11'-4" that enhances her stability while underway. The mast is deck stepped with a stainless steel mast support which carries the load directly to the keel. The Allmand 31' features an aft cabin with overhead hatch and fold down chart table. She has 6'-5" headroom. Her layout bodes well for extended cruising for comfort with cockpit and cabin volume that rival that of much larger vessels. Under sail the 31' practically sails herself accelerating quickly and gliding through even the slowest tack. For close hauled work she has a set of inboard "t" tracks and will tack through 84 degrees without a reduction in speed. The owner was Bahamas bound but unfortunately had to cut the trip short. The boat is fully provisioned and ready to go. Let his dream become your dream! | ||
