The Westerly Konsort remains one of the most popular Westerly designs, offering a great deal of interior space for a 29 foot hull. The Westerly Konsort was designed by Laurent Giles as a mid-sized boat between the 26 foot Centaur and the Longbow/Berwick/Pentland 31 foot range. She was introduced in 1979, and remained in production until 1992/93, with over 800 built. The Westerly Konsort is an impressive package for a 29' yacht, roomy enough for 4 people; safe wide side decks; large stowage space; good engine access and hull speed of 6. kn.
