A comfortable family cruising yacht and a competent offshore sportfisherman.  Heavily built, 2 large staterooms, galley-up floorplan, double entry head, stall shower and spacious salon.  Large uncluttered cockpit and wide side decks.  (In 1985, Chris Craft reintroduced this boat as the 382 Commander.)

New canvas, new bottom paint, custom galley arrangement, and engines were repowered in 2003.
