Pas de Choix is a fine example of the quality and design expected from C&C. A well known fast and comfortable sailing vessel. The C&C 40 was one of C&C's most popular design and helped make C&C the builder of choice in the 1980's. Very well equipped and maintained throughout the years with continual upgrades along the way. This boat is turn key and ready to sail away. Two sea-berths in main cabin above settees, large working nav station, well laid out galley, comfortable vee berth double, all together makes this a very cosy and capable coastal or offshore sailing vessel.

Accommodations:
Upon entering the boat you will find a spacious U-shaped galley to starboard, and a full double berth in the port quarter. Ahead of this berth you will find a large dedicated Nav-Station. The Salon has opposing setees with a centerline table with sea berths on both port & starboard. Ahead to port is a large head with private access from both the salon and front cabin. There is a large hanging locker to starboard. The front V-berth has separate storage in drawers and shelves to starboard.

Autohelm 4000. VHF radio telephone. Signet wind indicator. B&G speed & depth. Marintek Loran. CD player with speakers. Brass Barometer and Ships Clock.

5 sails. Fully battened main. 140% genoa, 100%, Storm Jib and spinnaker. Hood Roller Furling. Cabintop traveller, 3 Barient cabin top winches (1 self tailing). 3 deck winches. 2 Barient primary winches. Line stoppers. Navtec hydraulic backstay. Adjustable babystay. Rod rigging. Spinnaker pole with deck storage fittings.

Hull & Deck
Lewmar anchor windlass with foot switches. CQR style anchor. Dodger. Rear boarding ladder. Double lifelines. Large T-cockpit with 37" wheel. Cockpit lockers and propane lockers. Topsides were professionaly sprayed with LPU.

Additional
8 1/2' Zodiac dinghy with virtually new (2002) 3hp Mercury outboard.

Mechanical
Dripless shaft seal, Racor filter, Ample Power 100A/H alternator with stepdown switch.
