AN EXCELLENT BLUE WATER CRUISER WITH WONDERFUL ACCOMMODATIONS..The Bristol 45.5, designed by Ted Hood and built to the highest standards by Bristol Yachts is a true classic. Her quality of construction cannot be matched on today's market; she is a very capable and comfortable long distance blue water cruiser; she is a very competent performer. With her centerboard she is as comfortable sailing to Bermuda as she is in a shallow harbor. She is one of only 5 Aft Cockpit 45.5's built and they were found to be a very dry vessel while cruising offshore.
"Daring" has just come out of the paint shed at Brewer Oxford Boat Yard and Marina with a lovely "Flag Blue" hull. She is also having her heads updated and all sanitation hoses replaced. Please see the 6 new pictures of her newly painted hull.
