Valiant Cutter

The Valiant 40 has always been a cruiser's boat of choice due to its simplicity, ease of handling, low profile and comfortable motion in heavy seas. Since buying the boat in 1997 the owners of Coyote Moon have extensively updated her over the years.  They had the entire boat peeled and reglassed using epoxy with a layer of 18oz biaxial glass with stitched on roving .  A second layer of 24oz biaxial glass with stiched on roving was also applied.  All the through deck installation areas had the deck core removed and filled with epoxy and colloidal silica. The remaining core was inspected at that time and was in good shape.  The entire boat was then Awlgripped, hull was repainted in 2010.  The boat remains "Valiant" blister free to this date.

Coyote Moon is in excellent condition and well equipped for offshore cruising.  If you are looking for a proven offshore cruising boat that is ready to go, this may just be the boat for you.  New bottom paint May 2012.
