ALL REASONABLE OFFERS CONSIDERED! Martini Alley is a very nice example of the popular 2-cabin, 2-head layout so many are looking for as a live-aboard. Guest stateroom is forward redone (2010), Master is aft, each with its own head and shower. So many updates in 2010-2011at a cost of approx $110,000. Just need to see all that was done in 1 year to her to appreciate. She is very economical - 1 mpg fuel consumption @ 8 knots cruising speed.
Martini Alley is an extremely roomy sundeck motor yacht that has a double berth stateroom forward and a centerline queen berth stateroom aft. Both staterooms have baths with showers and vacu-flush heads. She has a lower galley and a large 10' X 13' salon with a leather sofa to starboard and two occasional chairs to port. The large covered aft deck has a round table and four chairs and a wet bar with storage. Her flybridge has a centerline helm chair with bench seating P & S and aft which will seat 8+.
