Designed by legendary Naval Architects Sparkman & Stevens the She 33 was introduced in the 1/2Ton class during 1978 with cruising and racing versions available. Shiva is a much loved example of the popular and well proven cruising version of the design. As you would expect with a design originating from the board of S&S the boat is very capable under sail and has earned a reputation for excellent sea keeping in the harshest of environments, including the horrendous 1979 Fastnet Race.
Providing a comfortable accommodation below decks with lots of storage throughout, a large deep cockpit and easily handled rig the boat is ideally suited to family sailing while more than capable of decent performance in passage races.
Lying afloat, in commission and being regularly used in Tarbert, Loch Fyne.
