This Pearson 365 Ketch has been cared for by its current owner for the past decade and the pride of ownership is very easy to see.  Repowered with 52hp Yanmar 4JH3 in 03' adds significant value to this vessel.  A 3-Blade autoprop, new strut, prop shaft and PSS seals were added in 08'.  This Blue Water cruiser has been upgraded from stem to stern in the past seven years. A16K Mermaid Central AC system cools the fore cabin and main salon.  The hull was completely peeled and sealed. The Dark Blue  Awlgrip coating looks terrific.
